As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with merchandising, and contributing to a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person with excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately while ensuring basic math skills are applied effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities effectively. A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
