Summary of Duties:



Answering customer telephone enquiries in a professional and sales-focused manner Engaging with potential and existing customers via the website chat facility to convert interest into sales Processing customer orders through both the English and German websites efficiently Assisting the customer service team with aftersales support and resolving any customer issues promptly Proactively following up on quotes and enquiries with the goal of closing sales and securing deals Maintaining up-to-date product and technical knowledge to confidently guide customer decisions Supporting outreach and marketing efforts to generate new business leads and opportunities Handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
A proactive, results-focused sales role aimed at driving growth and maximising sales opportunities. You'll play a key part in promoting the Resincoat brand, delivering a first-class customer experience that converts interest into sales. Acting as the vital link between production and the customer, you'll manage expectations, solve problems, and close deals. This role requires energy, initiative, and a strong commercial mindset to build lasting relationships, grow accounts, and push Resincoat forward across all platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:



To be a first point of contact for our customers promoting the Resincoat Brand in a positive & professional manner at all times. Answering all telephone calls as a first priority, assisting the customer as appropriate or transferring to the relevant department. Meeting & greeting all customers/visitors to site and assisting with the nature of their visit whether it be a customer collection or meeting attendee. Keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential. Work with management to maintain best practises for efficient communication with customers. Knowledge of up to date company policies & procedures to address issues such as returns, faulty products, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers. Address customer questions/queries about products, services, promotions and the application of our product. Persist in sales even in the face of failure, find ways to sell products in the face of a down market. Research client base to find new opportunities and sell to them accordingly. Actively communicate with line manager to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and systems to improve both the customer & team experience. Contribute to bottom line sales by increasing customer satisfaction. To be aware of the company KPI's and contribute to delivering targets. To abide with Resincoat's ISO:9001 Quality system and to carry out & participate in audits as per the audit schedule. Support Head of Sales & the Quality Improvement Manager to implement corrective actions and process non conformances.

Excellent communication skills both verbal & written Attentive & patient - excellent listening skills Have a keen eye with good attention to detail Math skills Product knowledge Results driven Team player with the ability to work on own initiative Possess good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise Engaging personality with a 'can do' approach Problem solver IT confident with administration experience Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
