Excellent opportunity to join a family run suit company offering an exciting, enjoyable role in an attractive, modern showroom.

We have a modern approach to men's suiting and ensure that our hire range is up to date providing inspiration for grooms looking to buy or hire. Our suits are made by exclusive tailors from premiere cloths from some of the world's most renowned mills. We also offer made to measure suits and accessories, along with alteration services.

With one-to-one training you will be sure to elevate your skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

Inspiring customers to style outfits, offering style advice, working closely with brides and grooms to construct wedding suit packages Serving, measuring, fitting customers to ensure a perfect fit Providing the highest levels of customer service Input orders onto our computer system and help with administrative duties Learn to use our industrial press and sewing machines
Essential Skills:

Prepared to use initiative Outgoing and personable with a strong work ethic Organised with a structured approach to work Willing to learn and adapt Have great people and communication skills
Desirable Skills:

Retail sales or sales experience Interest in men's suits, formalwear highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Experience in retail sales, particularly in merchandising Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficient phone etiquette for customer inquiries
