Job Description
Julian Charles are a homeware brand that sells beautifully made soft furnishings, including quality bedding, ready-made curtains, luxury duvets and home accessories. The business is a multi-channel retailer with over 120 stores and concessions across the U.K and an online website that is going from strength to strength.
We are looking for a confident, energetic individual with customer service experience to be a part of our team at our Julian Charles British Garden Centre Shinfield Concession. You must be computer literate.
Duties will include selling, restocking and merchandising.
The Position is for a Sales Assistant. 12 hour Contract. Position includes working every weekend.
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer service.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Help with deliveries.
Requirements
Previous retail experience.
Be fully flexible with work days and times.
Basic knowledge of word and excel.
Basic understanding of customer service.
