This role is a Temporary Commission Basis Only role: for 3 Months You will be working on a basis of 50-200 per sale. This can range anywhere from 1 - 5 sales in a day.

Must Have at Least 3 Years Previous Experience!

Monthly bonus pay up to 1000 will also be rewarded for hard work.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Telephone/online Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion & previous experience for customer service and a keen interest in online sales. As a Sales Closer, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for our potential customers, ensuring that they receive the assistance they need while promoting our products effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner, providing information about products and services. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and effectively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Process transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately. Demonstrated phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. A proactive approach to upselling products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
