The Role
We are looking for a friendly, confident sales assistant to join our showroom team. This is a customer-facing role where you will help customers choose the right fireplace or stove for their home.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and providing product advice
Explaining features, styles, and installation options
Maintaining a clean, tidy showroom
Processing sales and handling customer enquiries
Supporting general day-to-day showroom duties
What We're Looking For
Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Confidence in speaking to customers face-to-face and over the phone
Ability to learn product features and technical details
Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
