Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting products, providing information on features and prices.

- Utilize excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.

- Demonstrate basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.

- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.

- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer inquiries and orders.

- Support the sales team in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.

- Manage time effectively to balance customer service and administrative tasks.

Experience:

- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

- Strong ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

- Familiarity with upselling techniques is beneficial.

- Prior experience demonstrating good phone etiquette is a plus.
