Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing consultancy counselling arrangements, and processing expenses.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
Help manage the CRM system by updating client records, logging interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualify incoming leads and respond to initial sales inquiries via email and phone.
Coordinate with other departments (such as customer service and technical support) to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Conduct market research to identify new potential leads and sales opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for the management team.
Help organize sales meetings, events, and our business services.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A quick learner who is eager to understand our products and the telecommunications landscape.
