Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone Utilise strong communication skills to explain product features and benefits Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets Upsell products to increase sales revenue

Qualifications

Strong time management skills Basic maths skills for processing transactions Ability to communicate effectively with customers Experience in sales or customer service is desirable Multilingual abilities are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 26,628.00-28,799.00 per year

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
