Job Overview
We are seeking a pro-active sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills and and strong customer focused attitude and a good knowledge of social media.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide detailed product information. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Process receipts, and manage cash handling. Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette. Help manage the social media accounts for marketing and customer enquiries. Ensure the shop floor remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
The job role is for part time work, minimum 3 days per week.
Weekend work is a must, Every Saturday and Sundays on a rota basis.
Hours of work
10am - 4pm
Saturday 10am - 5:30pm
