• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance when necessary
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support in sales presentation preparation, ensuring the accurate representation of products and services
• Compile reports to highlight the team's sales performance
• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and needs, and recommend suitable products or services
• Keep abreast of new products, market trends, and competition

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a related sales role is preferred not required.
• In-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics
