Job Description

Toffee Nosed has built its reputation on offering a great customer experience and so potential candidates will need to have energy, enthusiasm and a desire to serve customers of all ages to the highest standards. Previous retail experience and basic computer skills would also be beneficial.

A flexible approach to hours worked is essential as times may vary from week to week throughout the year but will be a minimum 16hrs (Jan-Feb) increasing to a minimum 22hrs for the rest of the year with overtime to cover holidays and in peak summer season. Hours will include working occasional days at weekends, in total a minimum of three days a week will be scheduled. The role will include lone working, at times.

As a Sales Assistant you will help in all aspects of running the shop on a day-to-day basis and will use their initiative to ensure that the store is operated in line with the current standards. Duties will include stock rotation and preparation, till work including cash and card payments, general cleaning, exceptional customer service, completing daily routines and key holder responsibilities.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
