Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and well presented Sales Assistant to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and support to our diverse and discerning customer base, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and confidently assess the customers' needs will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Must have retail sales experience in a one to one sales environment Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls. Must be motivated to make sales but be able to tailor your approach to the individual needs of a diverse and demanding client base Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring pieces are perfectly displayed and maintained Be prepared to carry out daily cleaning tasks including windows, furniture & jewellery Process transactions accurately and efficiently via iPad based POS systems Must be able to work confidently with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Experience

Must have substantial previous experience in retail sales, preferably jewellery. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Complete proficiency in English, both spoken & written, is essential. Experience of using POS platforms is essential, preferably with a good grasp of Apple software. A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
