Job Description

TFM is offering two positions for a highly motivated individuals to work at Banbury store as a sales assistant or sales assistant/admin.

The successful candidates will have a customer first mentality with enthusiasm for the product range. Ideally they will have experience in retail or trade sales.

A counter balance forklift truck and AMTRA qualification would be desirable.

They must be willing to lift and carry heavy items.

Responsibilities will include;

Maximizing store sales ensuring the customer leaves the store happy and with everything they need. Helping customers load their vehicles Delivering the highest standards of customer care Developing knowledge of the product range, customers and local community General shop duties (Admin) Booking goods in on the computer system (Admin) Banking reconciliation
1 x Sales Assistant working a rolling two week rota. 4 days during the week one week and then the same 4 day plus the weekend. Average hours 41 (34 wk1 and 48 wk2)

1x Sales Assistant/Admin working Monday - Friday 42.5 hours

TFM Farm & Country Superstore is one of the original and largest farm and country stores in the UK, with more than 35 years' experience in the supply of farming equipment, agricultural and construction supplies to farms, small holdings, builders etc. across the country. Our eight stores are located in Stableford, Bridgnorth, Newport, Penkridge, Stafford, Ludlow, Bromsgrove and Banbury.
