As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to upselling and the ability to manage time effectively while maintaining an organised workspace.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in sales with the ability to sell products confidently. Excellent organisational skills to maintain an efficient work area.
