Join Our Team - Sales Assistant at Impact A&C Southampton!

At Impact A&C, we're shaping the future of education. Since 2017, we've grown from a small IT academy for children into a global project with 60+ branches across 18 countries. Our Southampton branch, launched in November 2024, is ready to expand -- and we're looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to grow with us.

Your role:

Engage with parents, understand their needs, and present our courses.

Manage client enquiries, hot leads, and CRM updates.

Build strong relationships via calls, messages, and email.

Support academy events and gather feedback to improve our services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Southampton SO15 5RL
