The Role:

Our Sales Assistants must be prepared to work within a fast-paced retail environment and hit the ground running whilst demonstrating the following skills;

Provide a high standard of service to customers, assisting with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Stay informed about the store's products, promotions, and seasonal offers to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Assist customers in locating and selecting products, upselling, or cross-selling items to increase sales. Help with restocking shelves, ensuring products are properly displayed, and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor. Ensure product displays are visually appealing and in line with store standards, adjusting as necessary. Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including tidying up product displays. Adhere to store health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Candidate Profile:

Previous work experience preferred (but not essential.) Quick and eager to learn. Customer focused approach. The ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative. Excellent communication skills. Flexible, dynamic, energetic, with a positive outlook.
Passion for retail.
