Job Opportunity - Sales & Customer Support Role at Inedge Solutions
Inedge Solutions/Fba is looking for a motivated individual to help drive sales forward and support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through email, phone calls, and in-person communication
Work independently and use your own initiative to achieve results
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Handle customer enquiries and respond promptly and professionally
Assist with pick and pack of items to supply and send to customers
Play an active role in helping grow a small but ambitious business
Must be able to use a computer to respond to emails and print shipping labels from e-commerce sales
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales and customer communication (phone and email)
Confident, clear, and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude with the drive to help build and grow the business

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
