About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key shopfloor-based role as the face of our brand -- delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an inspiring in-store experience for every customer.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Engaging with customers to deliver outstanding service and drive sales. Meeting individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Maintaining high visual and merchandising standards across the shopfloor. Handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Upholding ProDirect's brand values and culture at all times.

About You

Friendly, approachable, and adaptable. Passionate about sport, retail, and delivering great customer experiences. Confident communicator who enjoys being part of a fast-paced team. Reliable and available to work Thursday through Sunday consistently.

Contract:

Fixed-term, 3 months (potential to extend)

Availability Required:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Contracted Hours:

2x 20hrs 1x16hrs

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
