Overview

Mega Motorcycle Store is hiring for a part-time position. We are a small, close-knit team and need another hardworking individual to join us.

The main responsibility is helping and advising customers in store and keeping the store tidy and organised.

The hours are 0900-1700 Saturdays, 1000-1600 Sundays and 0900-1700 Bank Holidays with additional days available when we have Open Days or Show Events.

Immediate start date available.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Effectively upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organised and visually appealing store by ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle customer enquiries via phone and in-person. Put out stock replenishment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is valuable but not essential. An interest and passion in motorcycles is helpful but not essential.
