Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and style-conscious

Sales Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for menswear and fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Provide expert style advice and product knowledge tailored to individual customer needs Drive sales by delivering an outstanding customer experience Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards Process transactions accurately using the till system Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory control Support fitting room activity and sizing assistance Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and seasonal trends Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns according to store policy Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in fashion or menswear) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in providing fashion advice and styling suggestions High attention to detail and pride in personal presentation Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays A proactive, team-oriented attitude Basic computer and till operation skills
