We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in tanning and Social Media . As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive personalised assistance and expert advice on our products and help the daily creation of Social media posts and promotions.

The candidate must be over the age of 18 due to tanning regulations

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on tanning creams Stock Control Tanning Creams Manage Social Media and create content for Shop Maintain an organised and visually appealing shop environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Previous social media and content creation essential A genuine interest in tanning cream products is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
