Due to expansion, our successful Tavistock office are seeking a full-time Residential Sales Assistant to join the team. This role will involve various day-to-day and sales-oriented tasks to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions. Estate agency experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided, although some customer service experience would be an advantage.

The role entails:

Liaising with potential buyers to understand their search requirements, and ensuring they are sent up-to-date property details.

Liaising with clients, maintaining the office's high service standards.

Dealing with incoming emails and telephone calls.

Arranging, conducting and following-up property viewings with potential buyers.

General administration, including email correspondence and assisting with preparing property details for the market.

Cooperating with other departments, supporting colleagues and helping the office work towards its objectives.

Desired skills and attributes:

A full, clean driving licence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

A polite telephone manner and high customer service standards.

To be IT-literate and confident.

To be organised and punctual.

To be enthusiastic, and willing to learn and develop.
