Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Assistant to support our sales team with day-to-day operations, customer engagement, and administrative tasks. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of products, services, and project-based client needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across sales, marketing, and operations, and who is eager to grow within a dynamic business.
The Sales Assistant helps ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.
As part of your development, you will have the opportunity to travel to Denmark for training, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to our international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Assist with preparing sales materials, quotations, and reports
Handling customer inquiries and providing product/service information
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and order documentation
Keep TecDura's LinkedIn page updated with new posts, announcements, and company updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
Assist with general office and sales support duties as required
Requirements
1-3 years experience in a sales support or customer service role
Experience working in construction, building supply, engineering, or contracting environments is a strong plus
Familiarity with B2B sales processes (builders, contractors, developers)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with order processing systems and basic sales administration
Familiarity with LinkedIn or social media platforms for business use
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
