Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Utilise basic maths skills to handle cash transactions and manage till operations. Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks during busy periods while maintaining high standards of service. Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer calls, addressing queries, and providing information about products or services. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills are essential for maintaining stock levels and managing the sales floor efficiently. A proactive approach to selling and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from various backgrounds is crucial. Basic maths skills are required for processing transactions accurately.
