Duties
Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services through face-to-face interactions.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximise sales opportunities.
Drive organisational growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving organisational goals.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience customer service roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in IT applications such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software.
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships over time.
