We serve a wide range of industries, including medical, architecture, and aerospace. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer enquiries and preparing quotations
Accurately raising sales orders and ensuring all customer requirements are captured
Liaising with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to manage order progress
Communicating with customers over the phone and by email to provide updates and resolve issues
Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day account management tasks
Maintaining CRM and order management systems with up-to-date information
Identifying new opportunities with individual customers as well as the wider market
Skills & Attributes
Excellent attention to detail -- accuracy is critical in a bespoke manufacturing environment
Confident communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face
Problem solver with the ability to think quickly when plans change
Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Professional attitude with a willingness to support the goals of the company and not just those of the department.
Useful Experience (not essential)
Experience in sales support, customer service, or a client-facing role
Familiarity with manufacturing or project-based work
Basic understanding of order processing or CRM systems
