As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by effectively selling our products and services, while also providing support to our sales team. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote relevant products through effective upselling techniques. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked. Handle customer transactions efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous. Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus. Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services successfully. Proficient time management skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
