We are seeking two Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team in our lively Inverness store. This role requires excellent organisational skills, commitment to continuously expand vaping knowledge, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Responsible and personalised sales of e-liquid and hardware
Day to day maintenance of shop appearance including cleaning and restocking
Providing the best possible product information and advice to customers
Ensuring compliance with health and safety and TPD legislation
Enforcing age verification policies
Cash handling
Stock taking and date checking
Dealing with customer queries and complaints

Although training is provided, at least 2 years vaping experience is required. Please note, disposable vapes do NOT count towards experience.
