Duties

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandising display. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change. Excellent organisational skills to maintain stock levels and merchandising displays. Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory. A keen interest in customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. Time management skills to ensure efficient task completion within busy retail environments. Pay: 960.00-1,000.00 per month
