About Us:
We are a trendy fashion shop located in the heart of Brick Lane, offering unique vintage and modern clothing. We are looking for a confident and stylish Sales Assistant who has a strong interest in fashion and enjoys helping customers feel their best.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude Help customers choose outfits and give styling suggestions Maintain shop display, organise racks, and keep the store tidy Promote products and encourage sales through confident communication Handle customer queries and provide excellent service Support in taking pictures/videos for social media if needed Process sales at the till and manage daily shop tasks
Requirements:
Fashion-focused personality with good dressing sense Confident, well-spoken and comfortable interacting with customers Friendly nature and ability to motivate customers to buy Previous retail or fashion experience is a plus (not essential) Good communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual and hardworking
