We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products through effective merchandising and upselling techniques.

Duties

must be able to work mostly every Saturday ! Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products Maintain an organised sales floor by ensuring products are well-merchandised and displays are attractive Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential Multilingual or bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management Proven ability in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales

Pay: 12,240.00-27,907.37 per year
