Paul Costelloe has been a name synonymous with fashion for over 50 years. In 1994, we opened our first flagship store in the iconic shopping district of Knightsbridge, London. Today, we are a fast-growing, multi-channel retail brand with a strong presence in the affordable luxury market.

Since launching our first handbags and leather goods outlet store in 2019, we've continued to expand rapidly across the UK.

The Role

We're looking for a

people person with a larger-than-life personality

to join our team. You'll ideally come from an affordable luxury retail background and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. A confident, outgoing, and approachable manner is essential for this customer-facing role.

Please note: Full flexibility, including weekends and peak trading periods, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service at all times Offer expert product advice and styling suggestions Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets Assist with visual merchandising and stock replenishment Maintain a clean and organised sales floor Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

About You:

Confident, enthusiastic, and highly approachable A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people Well-presented and articulate with a professional attitude Passionate about retail and customer service Results-driven with a focus on hitting targets Previous retail experience (especially in handbags, accessories, or fashion) is preferred
