The Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

Sales Assistant

to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to customers, keep the store well-presented, and support the smooth running of operations. The successful candidate will start as a sales assistant and be trained within 1-2 Weeks for our key holder position

Key Holder will;

Work alongside the management team to deliver to best customer service whilst following to best practice, policies and procedures.
*Support your team by managing your resources, time and actively working alongside your team.

*Have a keen understanding of merchandising and its importance in retailing

*Be passionate about leading a team to success.

*Understand cash management and its importance.

*Contribute ideas to help achieve store priorities and drive store performance.

12 months' previous retail experience working within a retail focused sector is required.

12 months' experience in successfully leading a team is required is preferred

Candidates must be 18 years old

Store hours are 06.00 until 22.00 Monday to Sunday

Hours of Work:

Full time, 24 plus hours. Applicants should be

flexible to work mornings and afternoons, as well as Monday- Sunday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
