We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Sales Assistant
to join our team for team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to customers, keep the store well-presented, and support the smooth running of operations. The successful candidate will start as a sales assistant and be trained within 1-2 months for our key holder position
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Welcome customers and provide helpful, attentive service.
Assist customers in locating products and offering product recommendations.
Operate tills & process payments
Store Presentation
Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and well-organised.
Maintain tidy displays and clear, accurate price labels.
Support merchandising changes for promotions and seasonal events.
Stock & Inventory
Replenish stock and rotate to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
Safety & Compliance
Follow health, safety, and store security procedures at all times.
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Must be available to work evenings during the week and mornings/ evenings at the weekend
Basic numeracy and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
