- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing orders, calculating discounts, and handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
