Individual will have a very exciting role to play in our store, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion for mobile phones, laptops, tablets, accessories and repair.
Mainly, you are expected to maximise sales and repair bookings by utilising product knowledge and ultimately providing an excellent customer service.

What do you need to have, to be a Sales/Customer assistant at Tech Corner?
Interest in and good general knowledge of phones, Tablets, laptops, smart watches, accessories etc
Must be technical minded
Excellent sales skills
Dedication, strong work ethics and reliability
Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced environment
Flexible in the working pattern
Good communication skills
Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Time management and organisational skills
Helpful positive attitude and be patient, understanding and friendly
Your responsibilities will be to:
Maximise sales and repair bookings using excellent service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
Deliver an individualised excellent service experience for every customer
Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
Open and close store, receive delivery, keep the shop presentable and organised
Restock items: order sold items, repair parts, customer orders and new items/devices.
Book repairs, call up repair customers.

18 or over
Selection Process
: 10-20 mins face to face interview. If shortlisted then the candidate will be invited for a trial day/s (one full day or two short days which are unpaid) to observe how the candidate deals with customers, and also for the candidate to get a feel of what its like working at Tech Corner.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to provide both a reference from a recent employer and a valid Basic DBS check. These are mandatory requirements. Failure to provide either may result in the termination of the contract.
