We're excited to be opening a brand-new Mococo store in Manchester's Arndale Centre and are looking for enthusiastic Store Assistants to join our team.

The Role

As a Store Assistant, you'll be the face of Mococo, delivering warm welcomes, thoughtful recommendations, and outstanding service to every customer. You'll help create a beautiful and inspiring store environment, support day-to-day operations, and work with your team to deliver sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer warmly and build genuine connections Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and gift recommendations Maintain excellent product knowledge across all brands and collections Ensure the store is clean, organised, and beautifully presented at all times Support with unpacking deliveries and replenishing displays Assist with Click & Collect orders and customer returns Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Support visual merchandising and brand campaign changeovers Follow all company policies and security procedures

What You'll Bring

Previous retail or customer service experience (jewellery or fashion preferred) A passion for jewellery and an eye for detail Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident manner Ability to work well in a team and under pressure during busy periods Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and key trading periods (including Christmas)

Hours available: 4-5 days per week.

Pay: From 25,500.00 per year
