Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Process transactions accurately. Uphold company standards for phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining a well-presented store environment. Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient task completion throughout shifts.
