Job Description

Nasdaq is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Associate to join our Banking/Structured Product division in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, directly contributing to our growth objectives and strengthening our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identifies and articulates key areas of opportunities in the European structured product market.
  • Analyzes development of sales, retention, and marketing initiatives that support the European banking space- ultimately driving revenue and generating business with new clients as well with existing clients.
  • Supports the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
  • Assists the Senior Sales Executives in conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customers' senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
  • Develops strong client relationships to advance Nasdaq's Banking revenue and annual index placements.
  • Responds to reactive client requests in a timely manner
  • Maintains a strong understanding of the structured product industry, regulatory environment and capital markets.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
