Sales Associates

to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team--someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service with charm, confidence, and care Share expert product knowledge to inspire and delight our customers Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the shop floor Support daily operations, including stock management and merchandising Create a welcoming and elegant environment that reflects the Fortnum's legacy.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends * Outstanding communication skills.
