Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will bring the Burberry Experience to life delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and fostering meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities:

Sales & Service

Deliver an exceptional client experience by embracing the Burberry Experience in every interaction Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals while embodying Burberry Behaviours Showcase outstanding selling skills, customer focus, and motivation to succeed Communicate with confidence and professionalism to enhance every client relationship

Client Development

Build lasting relationships through clienteling, follow-up, and loyalty initiatives Maintain a detailed and up-to-date client book to personalize service and drive repeat business Execute all Cultivate activities, including outreach, reactivation, and capture compliance

Visual Excellence

Uphold Burberry's luxury image by maintaining flawless visual standards on the selling floor Support monthly floor sets, replenishment, and product presentation with meticulous attention to detail Ensure merchandise is always presented to the highest standard--folded, hung, and prepared with care

Floor Presence & Maintenance

Begin each day with a floor ready for clients, and end each shift ensuring it's prepared for tomorrow Stay engaged and proactive on the sales floor throughout the day Maintain fitting rooms and sales areas to reflect the polished Burberry aesthetic

Back of House Support

Assist with markdowns, inventory, and stock organization Contribute to pre-sale preparation and in-store contests Ensure all merchandise is handled, stored, and replenished with precision and efficiency

Qualifications:
A passion for luxury fashion and design, with at least 1 year's sales experience (preferably luxury retail) A proven record of driving sales and achieving targets Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills A proactive, positive attitude--adaptable to change and accountable for results * Advanced knowledge of POS and retail systems
