Sales Associate

, to join our Bicester Village team!

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make every customer feel welcome through real connection Drive sales through styling advice, product knowledge and personal service Take ownership of your performance: from conversion rate to units per transaction Take ownership of daily store tasks - from stockroom to fitting room Keep the store looking fresh, organized, and on-brand Support stock delivery, refilling, stock take, opening and closing of the store and keeping back-of-house running smoothly Stay agile and quick to learn - whether that's new product drops or systems Be a part of making our exciting retail events and activations
