We're looking for confident, driven, and people-focused individuals to join the Opatra London skincare team at Birmingham.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing sales role where your personality and energy make all the difference. You'll be introducing shoppers to our luxury skincare technology, demonstrating the products, and ultimately closing sales. The role is flexible, casual, and rewards effort - the more you put in, the more you'll earn. It's an environment where you're supported by experienced managers, trained on the job, and given real opportunities to grow within the company.

Key Duties
Approach and engage customers confidently on the shop floor
Actively stopping and engaging with customers on the shop floor
Demonstrate Opatra skincare products in a clear and persuasive way
Build trust and create excitement around luxury skincare
Closing sales and hitting personal and team targets
Drive sales by closing deals and exceeding daily/weekly targets
Work closely with management to continually improve your skills
Represent Opatra London with professionalism and energy
Experience & Qualities We're Looking For
You don't need years of sales experience -- what matters most is your personality, confidence, and willingness to learn. Training is provided, and management will give you hands-on support. However, the following will help you shine:
Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with customers
Previous sales or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential - we provide training
Passionate, motivated, and hungry to succeed in sales
Confidence to approach and engage with customers directly
A positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills
Resilient mindset (you'll hear "no" sometimes, but you keep going)
