As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to join our professional and friendly team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Assistant with a strong background in the jewellery industry. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, knowledgeable about luxury jewellery, and capable of working collaboratively within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised, knowledgeable service to all clients in-store Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery pieces and providing expert advice Handle sales transactions accurately and professionally Maintain store presentation standards and support visual merchandising efforts Contribute to team targets and store sales goals Manage post-sale services such as repairs, valuations, and bespoke orders Maintain an organised and customer-focused environment at all times

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a fine or luxury jewellery retail environment (essential) Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a proactive, positive attitude Professional appearance and manner High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Honest, dependable, and highly motivated

Pay: From 28,500.00 per year
