Sales Associate
to join our friendly and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Order Processing
- Create accurate quotations, input sales orders, and manage customer expectations.
Product Knowledge
- Learn about our timber species, grading systems, machining profiles, and end uses (such as cladding, joinery, and oak framing).
Relationship Building
- Inhouse support our Key Account strategy by building genuine relationships with our customers.
Sales Growth
-Assist in following up on new sales opportunities to help grow the business.
