We supply high-quality, sustainably sourced timber to joiners, builders, architects, and designers across the UK. Sales Associate

to join our friendly and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

- Be the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email, and in person.

Order Processing

- Create accurate quotations, input sales orders, and manage customer expectations.

Product Knowledge

- Learn about our timber species, grading systems, machining profiles, and end uses (such as cladding, joinery, and oak framing).

Relationship Building

- Inhouse support our Key Account strategy by building genuine relationships with our customers.

Sales Growth

-Assist in following up on new sales opportunities to help grow the business.

What We're Looking For

Strong multitasking and organisational skills A calm, professional manner in a fast-paced team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail. IT competence and admin skills. A willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role.

Entry level salary to start. Full on-the-job training - no previous sales experience required. A supportive, knowledgeable team who value hard work, accuracy, and initiative.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,500.00-27,500.00 per year
