The Fortnum & Mason Coffee Bar offers a moment of calm and indulgence amidst the bustle of Piccadilly. Whether you're starting your day, taking a mid-shopping pause, or meeting a friend, our baristas serve only the finest single-origin coffees, expertly crafted to your taste. Pair your brew with a selection of delicate pastry or a sweet treat on the Lower Ground Floor.


Excitingly, we are now on the lookout for a Sales Associate for the Coffee Bar on a permanent 15 hour contract based in Piccadilly, London - fully flexible.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and serve customers coffee and delicious treats. Provide a personalised, luxury experience for our customers Bring your teamwork skills whilst also helping out on our deli counters and making coffees

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a coffee store/environment (barista skills beneficial) Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Outstanding communication skills
