Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Communicate clearly with customers, providing product information and answering queries effectively. Exhibit phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone, ensuring a professional interaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous, as they enhance communication with diverse customers. Strong organisational skills are necessary for maintaining an efficient workspace and managing time effectively. A proven ability to sell products and services through effective communication and interpersonal skills is highly desirable.
