We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to join our store in Cheshire Oaks on a part time basis, covering Sundays. As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities will be:

To provide excellent Customer service including greeting customers, answering questions and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction Achieve sales goals Operate cash registers, point of sales purchases and balance drawers Advise customers on products and services for their needs Upsell products to increase revenue Assist management in overseeing day-to-day operations of store
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities and experience:

Passionate about the Sunspel brand and a deep passion for fashion and luxury Reliable and punctual Highly motivated A team-player with self-initiative; take active involvement in your own learning and take ownership of your part in the team dynamic Well presented with an understanding of the Sunspel brand Keep up-to-date and have in-depth knowledge of product; communicate positively about the history and heritage of the brand and the quality of the clothing Proven retail experience in fashion Experience of customer service and sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic arithmetic skills
Please note this is a part time position of 8 hours per week on Sundays.
