As a Sales Associate, you will be a key player in achieving our brand mission, and play a pivotal role in manifesting our brand ethos.


Rather than just another transactional store, the Asket store aims to create an in-depth experience with, and conversation around, our garments, leaving the customer to invest in them on his or her terms; in store, from home - or not at all. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional service experience for every individual who walks through our doors. Your task is to translate our ethos into a world-class in-store experience, catering both to existing customers and people new to our brand and mission.

As a sales assistant, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Ensure every customer receives extraordinary levels of service Prompt resolution to customer complaints Maintain front and back-office standards Assist with VM activations and Events Accept and process deliveries in a time-efficient manner Provide important feedback on the product, service, and all things Asket. Grow the Asket London community through considered service.

Obsessed with customer service, retail, and high-quality clothing Experienced retail professional or individual eager to explore something new Ambitious to work and grow in a small, expanding company Open-minded with a 'nothing is impossible' mentality Have a personal, natural approach to customer interactions Show clear understanding and passion for the Asket principles Willing to to accommodate a dynamic working schedule Available to work weekends and weekdays (expected to work 37-40 hours/week)
